I am unable to login and need to reset my password, how can I do this?
From the Sign In screen, click the "Forgot Password?" link to access the Reset Password form.
Once on the Forgot Password page, enter in the email address for the account you would like to reset the password for. If a matching email address is found, an email will be sent to that email address with instructions for completing the reset of your password.
How do I cancel an Order?
At present, the only way to cancel an order is to call in or send an e-mail to our customer service staff, contact info is below.

I would like to know the Status of an Item Before I order it.
To check the stock status of an item look for the "Availability" field under the "Add to Cart" button on any product detail page.
Will I be charged for a Preorder at checkout?
Please note, at the time of checkout, preorders and backorder amounts are authorized in full. The authorization charge will (fall off your balance/be returned to you/go back on your card) within a few business days, and then you will not be charged until your order is in stock and shipping out.
Please note due to PayPal policies, we only offer PayPal as a payment option when the entire order is in-stock and ready to ship.
Will SACDs play on my CD player?
Our SACDs are hybrid layered and will indeed play on all disc players.
Does Mobile Fidelity provide replacement LPs or exchanges for titles purchased from other retailors?
We suggest that you work directly with the authorized retailer that you purchased your Mobile Fidelity item from, to seek a replacement, exchange or refund. We do not provide replacements, exchanges or refunds for items that were not purchased directly from our website.
